Dear Friends of SJA,
We are finally here! Today will be an eventful day. We will start with a few remaining ticket drop time slots.
The raffle ticket drawing will begin at 4:30pm. You can view it on the Red & White Gala Facebook page or on our SJA Gala webpage.
Winners will also be updated on our website. We will list the table number and seat number as well as last name for each prize winner. You will not receive an email or phone call if you won so please check the website.
The 50/50 winner will be pulled and announced after the grand prizes. Please note the winner will receive a letter to obtain the 50/50 proceeds from the school as we never give cash at the event.
We hope to be done announcing winners by 7:00pm. Please note the times are subject to change.
Winners can pick up their prizes according to the following schedule:
- 7:00pm – 7:45pm – Tables 1-12
- 7:45pm – 8:30pm – Tables 13-24
- 8:30pm – 9:15pm – Tables 25-36
- 9:15pm – 10:00pm – Tables 37-48
Winners must provide the table number and seat #(s) and full names when picking up prizes. You may pick up for other guests if you have their information.
If you cannot pick up your prize, please email sjaredandwhitegala@gmail.com for alternate arrangements.
Please use the below map as a guideline for the prize pick up line. Winners will stay in their cars and SJA volunteers will distribute the prizes to them. Pull all the way up to Stop 1 and someone will assist you.
Thank you to everyone for helping us organize this event and to all our guests for your patience and support of St. John’s Academy throughout the process. We would also like to extend a great big Thank You to St. John the Baptist Church and our pastor, Msgr Peter, for providing the beautiful Parish Center for the event.
