Thank you for your interest in joining the St. John’s Sports Association. Our program would not exist without our coaches and program volunteers. Please learn more below and reach out to us if you can help in any way.
Coaches are crucial to our ability to provide a great experience for all our kids. Experience is not required but there are several requirements coaches must complete in order to ensure a safe and positive environment.
This one-night course is required every four years. Coaches will be required to show the certificates before each season. You can view the schedule and register on the Protecting God’s Children website ↗
All coaches must complete the one-night Rutgers SAFETY Clinic. Coaches will be required to show the certificates before each season. You can view the schedule and register on the Rutgers SAFETY Clinic website ↗
All coaches must read the St. John’s Sports Association Code of Conduct.
Our program volunteers help manage and run the day to day operations. There are various roles where help is needed at any given time, including:
- Uniform coordinator
- Communications/Media coordinator
- Equipment Manager
- And more
