We are excited to announce that registration is now open for our 2024-25 Winter CYO Basketball & Cheerleading season!

CYO Basketball (Grades 3-8)
- Competitive season against other parish programs throughout the county
- Open to 3rd-8th grade boys and girls who are enrolled at either St. John’s Academy or CCD.
- The season runs from mid-November to mid-March.
- Games are played against other CYO teams in the Bergen County area.
- Fees are $315 per player, which includes a full reversible uniform

Instructional Basketball Clinic (Grades K-2)
- Fun instructional clinic to teach basketball fundamentals to younger kids
- Open to Grades K-2 boys and girls.
- Sessions held on Saturday mornings between 9am – 12pm (specific times TBD).
- Runs from November to February.
- $120 per child which includes a t-shirt.

Cheerleading (Girls Grades 4-6)
- Cheer at select home games throughout the basketball season (schedule will be worked around cheerleaders’ own St. John’s basketball games so they can particpate in both sports)
- Open to Grades 4-6 girls.
- Weekly practices at St. John’s
- Halftime performances at select home games
- Runs from November to February.
- $100 per child plus uniform

Important: St. John’s Sports Association only exists thanks to the shared commitment of volunteers. For this program to happen, we need for parents to get actively involved.
