Details

• This event is open only to current SJA students and families.
• Only ONE ticket is needed per family (either decorating or attending).
• Free/family for car/table decorators.
• $20/family for prepaid admission (closes 10/20)
• $25/family for admission day of the event (pay at the door).
• Pizza is available for $18/pie to order ahead when you register (will not be available to purchase at event).
• Water will be available to purchase at the event.

If you are decorating your car/table:

• Bring enough candy for 200 children.
• Feel free to offer candy alternatives (stickers, pencils, etc)
• Arrive by 3:30 PM to set up before the event.
• Enter via Hillsdale Avenue – the Orchard Street entrance will be closed.
• Spots will be assigned in order of arrival.
• The lot will close promptly at 4:00 PM.

If you are only attending (not decorating):

• Park outside the SJA lot and walk to the check-in table.
• You do NOT need to bring candy to the event.
