The SJA early childhood program is available for children who will turn 3 by October 1 of the school year. We offer a Pre-K3 and a Pre-K4 program for our youngest learners.
Core Curriculum
Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of each child at his or her individual level. Our Pre-K students journey through a full spectrum of experiences using brain-based research and developmentally appropriate strategies. In addition to learning classroom routines, academic and special offerings include:

Faculty & Environment
Our experienced faculty are early childhood development specialists. Our student faculty ratio is 10:1 in our early childhood program. Students enjoy a warm, nurturing environment in our spacious, bright classrooms, playground and elementary school campus.
Community
Early childhood parents, like all other SJA parents, belong to the Parent Teacher Guild (PTG) and are welcome to join community-wide committees, such as the Santa Brunch and the Red and White Gala. Each classroom has parents serving as class representatives, as well as numerous opportunities for parents to assist in the program events.
After Care
After School Care is available for our early childhood learners until 6:30 pm on days school is in session. The Early Childhood Program offers flexible schedules to accommodate the needs of today’s busy families.
