Teacher Appreciation Week: May 3rd-7th

Hello SJA Parents,
Teacher Appreciation Week begins tomorrow! Please join us in celebrating our amazing teachers.
Here's what we've got in the works...
Monday, May 3rd: Teacher breakfast delivered to school. The PTG will be providing individually prepared bagel breakfasts for our teachers when they arrive Monday morning.
Tuesday, May 4th: Adopt-a-Teacher! Seeing as how this was such a hit during CSW, we've decided to bring this back again. Click the below link and sign up to "adopt" some of your favorite teachers. Then spoil them with a fun gift, a thoughtful craft, or a warm note about how much they mean to you. Not sure what to get? We've collected some information about their favorite things to serve as a guide. Click on the below link to peruse the options and gain some insight to your teacher's favorites!

Wednesday, May 5th: Bring in a flower for your teacher. Flowers can be store bought, hand crafted, or picked from your own yard. Each classroom will have a vase waiting for a collection of flowers to create a beautiful bouquet for our teachers.

Thursday, May 6th: Adopt-a-Teacher! The sign up closed out quickly in January. We are hoping that this will provide more opportunities for various families to get a slot.

Friday, May 7th: Teacher Luncheon to close out the week. Faculty will enjoy a special First Friday lunch to end the week.

** Please note that families can purchase as many gifts for as many teachers as they'd like. The above sign ups and activities were created to make sure that no faculty members are overlooked. Feel free to add to these PTG events in whatever ways you'd like, whether individually or as a class.
